About

With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, my expertise spans from endpoint management, specializing in SCCM and Intune, to endpoint security and incident response. My journey has led me to work with a diverse range of organizations, from small enterprises to some of the world’s largest companies, managing device counts in the hundreds of thousands and user bases exceeding a million.

My career began with a fervent interest in computer-aided drafting (CAD), but it wasn’t long before my fascination shifted towards the drafting workstations themselves and how they worked.

Formerly part of a team at Microsoft called DART, which is their customer focused Incident Response Team. In that role, I am intimately involved with customers during critical incidents where time is of the essence. My responsibilities are comprehensive, including infrastructure recovery, forensic analysis, and occasionally leading investigations.

Now part of a team called GHOST at Microsoft – where we do fun security stuff : )

My enthusiasm for Defender for Endpoint and overall endpoint security is profound. The experiences and challenges I’ve encountered over the years have inspired me to empower others in strengthening their endpoint security. Given that endpoints often serve as the primary barrier against security threats beyond the identity itself, I am committed to helping others enhance their defenses and improve their operational readiness.
